R. V. Resort

Our R. V. Resort, if not unique, are different from most.
We cater to semi-retired and retired couples.

We offer one year leases. You park permanently. Many have built screened porches, extra rooms, roof overs. It is quiet, peaceful and safe, easy living for your second home get-away.

We have good security, cable TV, telephone, dumpster service. Each site has its own power meter and you pay for only what you use. You maintain your own site and come and go as you please.

One Year R. V. Lease

We currently have campers, sheds, porches, etc. for sale. You buy all improvements and take up lease.

We have a total of 88 sites so we are not a huge R.V. Resort.
All of our semi-retired and retirees come and stay on their own schedule.
