>> $1,290.00* + $50.00  power meter deposit and annual water assessement of $56.00 (water cost for 12 months). (Power meter deposit is one time only and is refundable when leaving)
>> Each site has an individual meter and pays their own power bill. One year lease is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. Immediate family only - No sub-leasing or renting.
>> Cable TV - $17.80 a month, payable annually, $213.60 on April 1st.
