Hickorynut Cove is looking for 4 semi-retired or retired couples that are looking for a place to park their RV on an annual lease. Hickorynut Cove will provide them a safe, quite, peaceful get-a-way in the mountains of North Georgia.

Annual Lease is $1600.00 per year; Water, Garbage, Sewage are included in the fee.

Power, Cable T. V., Telephone is extra.

Our R. V. Resort, if not unique, is different from most.
We cater to semi-retired and retired couples.

We offer one year leases. You park permanently. Many have built screened porches, extra rooms, roof overs. It is quiet, peaceful and safe, easy living for your second home get-away.

We have good security, cable TV, telephone, dumpster service. Each site has its own power meter and you pay for only what you use. You maintain your own site and come and go as you please.
