V. Resort, if not unique, is different from
most.
We cater to semi-retired and retired couples.
We offer one year leases. You park
permanently. Many have built screened porches, extra rooms, roof
overs. It is quiet, peaceful and safe, easy living for your second
home get-away.
We have good security, cable TV, telephone,
dumpster service. Each site has its own power meter and you pay
for only what you use. You maintain your own site and come and
go as you please.

Annual Lease: $1,290.00 pro-rated
to October renewal or April renewal.
Pre-paid total amount -- No terms
Annual (12 months) water assessment
$56.95 - Paid once a year.
Refundable power meter deposit $50.00. You pay for
the power you use to the Resort Office. Each site is individually
metered.
Cable T. V. $213.60 annual contract
($17.60 per month) through the R. V. Resort. This is expanded cable
50+
Channels: Note: There is virtually no satellite or dish reception
in this cove surrounded by mountains.
Sewage, garbage and bath house privileges are includes
in the lease.
No gates or fences. We are open year
round. You may come anytime throughout the year. We do have to
shut the surface water off during December, January & February
but have it back on by mid March. Bath house is available year
round.
